Professor Rafael de la Llave is a Professor of Mathematics at the Georgia Institute of Technology 
and a leading mathematician working in the areas of Dynamical Systems, Differential Equations, 
and Mathematical Physics. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Physics (2010) , Chief Editor of two journals 
and Editor for more than 20 other journals, was an invited speaker and evaluator at International Congress 
of Mathematics 2006, and has given invited Seminars and colloquia at more than 150 universities. 
Author of more than 150 publications, Professor de la Llave was Professor of Mathematics at University 
of Texas at Austin from 1994 to 2011 when he moved to the Georgia Instit
ute of Technology.
